When I was still in college, my father used to tell me that running a business is better than being employed in a company. And to be have a successful business, there is only one secret. That secret is, knowing what your competitor is thinking and offering and try to do be better than them. It is not cheating in any sense, it is giving more what the others can give to your market. And it is true, when I set up a business wherein there are already existing business with the same nature, I just tried to think out of the box, reinvent the business and offer better customer service.

Our company closes another multi million contract with our newest client. The presentation was excellent and our offerings are competitive. But the main reason why we often close a deal is because of our commitment. When we promise something to be delivered, we by all means, make it happen. We adhere to our policy and our standards. We do not cut ends, we deliver what have been promised. We establish long term camaraderie with our clients, suppliers and customers, that is why we are able to be on top in the industry. In this globally competitive world, we need to be always a step ahead from competitors and we need to constantly reinvest ourselves.
